"材料"怎么说?指书面材料,或者电子数据那种

材料 ,是 material还是information?
还有这句话怎么翻译比较合理?
"将要到民政厅搜集的材料的计划" ----用plan 好还是用list好啊?是一份拟定出来还没批核的内容的清单.
那应该是data了 啊???又有文件又有数据啊!!

搜集的材料是用 material/data

datum 是数据，资料

information 是信息

电子数据的那种应该是datum

我觉得要是收集的材料是数据就用data,是文件就用material.那个计划，一般是用plan的，如果用list意思就应该变成是"将要到民政厅搜集材料以拟定清单"了吧。所以如果不是必须具体指出是清单的话，plan是更普遍被使用的。
